I recently added The QA Chatbot to the site, to try it out. It seems to work very well, with a couple of quirks such as repeating answers – but nothing’s perfect!
The chatbot is provided by Chatzap and you provide the name and the ‘knowledge’ on which to base the chatbot. With the free version you can train it on up to 3 pages in your site, from which it will amass its ‘knowledge’ and then answer relevant questions – such as What is Exploratory Testing? – as long as that content is on your site obviously.
You then embed a simple Javascript into your site – and The QA Chatbot (or whatever you want to call your chatbot) appears as a clickable icon on the bottom right hand side of the page.
You can setup example questions that a user can click, so they can see how it works.
Screenshots show the icon to click and an example use of The QA Chatbot.
