Testing the accuracy of the answers your AI Chatbot is providing. Accuracy issues are definitely something to avoid and testing will enable pinpointing of any issues. This testing may also flag up any AI hallucinations which maybe happening due to data set problems, incomplete training data or other such issues.

Testing the response time of your AI Chatbot. Users will normally want answers as fast as possible and testing the response time will enable the tracking of any slow areas and potential performance issues.

End-to-End Testing of your AI Chatbot, to include the overall flow that is required to use it – such as signup or login, interaction with the AI Chatbot and then subsequent use of the results the AI Chatbot provides. Chatbots with a linear flow can be tested from initial interaction, through to completion.
