It’s 2014… time to update your website’s footer?

* This doesn’t apply to all websites, but will apply to sites where the footer text is manually entered, such as on many WordPress (and other CMS) sites, manually coded websites etc.

This is a basic bit of website maintenance you have to perform every New Year – check the website footer and see if you have to update 2013 to 2014 – this could be for the Copyright notice or other similar notices.
