In addition to the work I carried out for Storythings on the Diesel Days to Live project, I have also performed other testing work for Storythings. I have detailed these projects below.
Website Testing Projects I have worked on for Storythings
Project – Helix – Website Testing
- Website testing of a Web Comic, built in HTML5 and CSS3
- The Helix website tells the history of DNA
- Website testing across main browsers on desktop (Windows and Mac OSX) and mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Testing for cross-browser issues plus checking for performance issues, due to extensive use of graphics
- Functional Testing, End-to-End Testing
- Checking for UX/Usability issues
- Test Plan creation in Excel
- Test Results delivery in Excel
Project – The Noise – Website Testing
- Website testing of an HTML5 web app of a digital reading experience
- The play under test was called The Noise
- Testing focussed on the reading experience – areas such as lighting effects, scenes, sound effects
- Tablets were the main target devices, so testing was done on iOS and Android tablets
- Testing also across main browsers on desktop (Windows and Mac OSX)
- Functional Testing, End-to-End Testing
- Checking for UX/Usability issues
- Test Plan creation in Excel
- Test Results delivery in Excel
